Marco Bitran Snippets of News
Buildium is wonderful property management software. It is a company that launced in the Boston area several years ago by Dimitris Georgakopoulos and Michael Montero. It's a great example of a company that grew out of a specific need. The story is that Georgakopoulos and Montero were property owners themselves, and they realized the need for this software. Other similar software programs exist on the market today, such as YouGotListings and RentJuice. AI Exchange is an example of this type of product development. AI Exchange was launched out of a need, when Marco Bitran realized that the financial services industry needed transparency and liquidity in alternative investment products. Startups that launch because of specific needs often have a leg up on others that are launched without deep understanding of a particular space and sector.

Isaac-Bitran. Devorah Isaac, daughter of Sherry Rosen and Ephraim Isaac, both of Princeton, to Marco Bitran, son of Laura and Gabriel Bitran of Chestnut Hill, Mass. Rabbi Phil Lieberman officiated at the July 17 ceremony, held at Fernbrook in Chesterfield Township.
Although Marco and Devorah Bitran met through mutual friends, their relationship fast-forwarded when Ms. Isaac was rushed to a Boston hospital with acute appendicitis. Mr. Bitran stood vigil in the waiting room and fed her his mother's homemade soup throughout her hospital stay. When she was discharged he took her home so that he could personally manage her post-operative care. Their partnership has continued to thrive even in the absence of additional medical crises.
